2-day workshop on 'Taping Technique' at Lyallpur Khalsa College concludes successfully

Jalandhar, December 7, 2018: A two-day workshop on 'Taping Technique' organised by the Department of Physiotherapy, Lyallpur Khalsa College concluded successfully with knowledgeable sessions on the science of Physiotherapy and 'Taping Technique'.
The second and concluding day saw the presence of Dr.Piyush Singh from the Indian Spinal Cord Injury Centre, New Delhi as the content expert. He was duly welcomed to the college by Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra and Dr. Raju Sharma, Head of the Physiotherapy Department. In his address, Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra highlighted the relevance of this particular workshop to the students of Physiotherapy Department whilst also vowing to continue such efforts in the near future.
Delivering the content lecture of the program, Chief guest Dr. Piyush Singh discussed the immense potential of ‘Taping Technique’ especially for curing skin and joint related ailments. Dr. Piyush Singh also shared his student life experiences with the youthful audience and also answered the curious questions put forth by the students of Physiotherapy Department. Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra and Dr. Raju Sharma, Head of the Physiotherapy Department awarded certificates to the student participants in the workshop.
Head of the College Physiotherapy Department, Dr. Raju Sharma provided the vote of thanks to formally conclude the workshop. The occasion was also witnessed by Dr. Jaswant Kaur, Dr. Priyank Sharda, Dr. Richa, Dr. Rajveer and students of the department.
