2 diagnostic vans for doorstep medical help to villagers: Parmar
Dharamshala, December 7, 2019: For the better and doorstep health facility, the health department will soon purchase two diagnostic vans. These well-equipped vans are being brought soon to provide door-to-door health facilities to the people in villages of Kangra district, which will be beneficial in every villager by providing them the free health check-up and test etc. This information was given by the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Vipin Singh Parmar while addressing the people at the fair ground Daihan, 50-Kms from Dharamshala on Saturday. He said that this van would be operated through Annapurna Society and would be available for treatment in the area. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, the state has been ranked at the top among the states giving better health facilities. He said that the government is committed to make Himachal Pradesh recognized as a healthy and clean state. “We are committed to provide free health services to every citizen of the state. The Ayushman and Himcare Scheme are proving free health support up to 5 lakh.” He said, “An AIIMS level hospital of Ayurveda will be established in HP by clubbing Ayurvedic institutions of Paprola and Jogindernagar.”
