Ferozepur, October 6, 2019: More than 200 participants rocked at the ‘Star Quest’ a talent hunt program held at Vivekananda World School on Sunday.

Aimed to facilitate a platform for the budding youth, Star Quest-maiden sort of its kind programme received an over whelming response as not only from Ferozepur while talented youth from Faridkot and Moga too arrived to display their artistic skills.

Brigadier Narinder Singh, Commander Territorial Army, Eastern Division, Calcutta inaugurated the event in which participants from 3 to 60 years participated.

Dr.S.N. Rudra, Director, Vivekananda World School said despite being a border region, its residents here are full of talent,but tragedy is that they could not get a platform to showcase their talent.

Keeping this in view, Vivekananda World School had decided to organize the show which received very good response.

Paramvir Sharma, Academic Administrator of the school said that the objective of the school is not only to impart bookish knowledge to students but to ensure their all-round development.
