2015-batch IAS officer Sandeep Kumar today assumed charge as ADC (Rural Development) Ludhiana. He has earlier served Ludhiana as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) (Urban Development) and Additional Chief Administrator (ACA) GLADA. He also played a vital role in controlling the spread of Covid pandemic during the first and second wave.

Ludhiana, May 24, 2023: 2015-batch IAS officer Sandeep Kumar today assumed charge as ADC (Rural Development) Ludhiana. He has earlier served Ludhiana as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) (Urban Development) and Additional Chief Administrator (ACA) GLADA. He also played a vital role in controlling the spread of Covid pandemic during the first and second wave.
Later assuming the charge, Sandeep Kumar said that the he would accord top priority to further implement the policies/ schemes regarding rural areas of Ludhiana district in a better and effective manner.
He added that all out efforts would be made to provide clean, transparent and responsive administration to the residents. He said that no stone would be left unturned to ensure the progress of the district and prosperity of its residents.
Kumar also said he would also ensure that an effective and transparent mechanism is put in place for benefiting the people in a big way.
He asked the officers/employees to perform their duties with utmost dedication and hard work besides ensuring transparency and timely delivery of the services to the people.
