Ludhiana: A 2015-batch IAS officer Sandeep Kumar who is also Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) (Urban Development) of Ludhiana, took over the charge of Additional Chief Administrator (ACA) on Thursday.
Later assuming the charge, Sandeep Kumar said that the he would accord top priority to further implement the policies/ schemes regarding urban areas of the Punjab government in a better and effective manner.
He added that all out efforts would be made to provide clean, transparent and responsive administration to the people. He said that no stone would be left unturned to ensure the progress of the district and prosperity of its residents.
Kumar also said he would also ensure that an effective and transparent mechanism is put in place for benefiting the people in a big way.
He asked the officers/employees to perform their duties with utmost dedication and hard work besides ensuring transparency and timely delivery of the services to the people.
