In just 25 years of age, Heena owns 50 awards under her belt

Jalandhar, January 2, 2019: It’s a proud moment for CT Group when one of the accountants, working in a corporate office, performs extraordinary in the state level badminton championship lately. Heena, who is just 25 years old, owns 50 awards under her belt due to her passion for sports.

Fascinated by sports, Heena remained the President of the Sports Department of her college and recently, she outperformed in the state badminton championship that was recently organised at Hansraj Stadium in which her team won the trophy. Besides playing badminton, Heena has also tried her luck and have outshined in various other games like aerobics, squash, rope skipping, basketball and chess. She has bagged 3 Gold medals and 1 silver in Badminton. She has also participated in National Ranking Badminton for more five times.

Telling about her journey Heena shared, “I was interested in sports since school time. My parents have always supported me and today, whatever I am is just due to the right guidance of my trainers namely Gagan Ratti, Sachin Ratti and Varun Kumar.”

Telling about the time management of preparing for state level badminton championship recently she said, “CT has always remained cooperative with me in all fronts. I am fortunate that the management have always supported me and never stopped me from doing preparations along with the work.”

While congratulating Heena on his several achievements, Managing Director Manbir Singh said, “Besides students, we also encourage our team members to explore their talent and continue it with full zeal along with performing better at work. I congratulate Heena on playing outstanding in the recent badminton championship as she has proved herself to be an effective player of her team.”
