3-day yoga camp concludes
Ludhiana, April 4, 2019: 3-day yoga camp organized by DMC Youth Club concluded today with many students feeling relaxed and cheerful after attending this three-day camp. Dr Sanjeev Uppal (Faculty Co-ordinator) lauded the efforts of organizers of DMC Youth Club in conducting this yoga camp. He specially mentioned the names of medical students Arushi Garg,Sukhbir Kaur Ghuman, Navreet (President, DMC Youth Club) and Subham (Secretary,DMC Youth Club) Yoga Consultant Dr Sanjeev Singh Rawat appreciated the enthusiasm of students in participating in this three-day yoga camp. He said that such YOGA camps should be frequently held for to enable students to make it as a part of their routine. Chief Security Officer-Mr Suman said that remaining physically fit is very essential for everyone to lead a healthy and balanced life, especially for medical students who are always under the pressure of academic studies and other related work pertaining to their medical studies. Principal Dr Sandeep Puri said that DMC Youth Club has always been active in undertaking social welfare activities and organizes such camps, which are of immense help to the young medicos. The ‘certificates of participation’ were also given to all the participants and also expressed happiness in participating in this three-day yoga camp.
