Ferozepur, June 25, 2014: The members of two ill fated families met their destiny at Village Bishanpura, Chhapra, Bihar, far away from their native place Ferozepur while they were going to spend their holidays to Darjeeling.
Four persons died last night in the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express accident, three of them belonged to Ferozepur. And what more, two of them were employees at Divisional Railway Manager Office, Ferozepur.
As per the information available, both deceased Pawan Kumar and Sanjiv Beri were close friends and were going on a holiday with their families. Pawan Kumar (45) and his Neelam (44) died in the accident and Sanjiv Beri (46) lost her wife Bharti (45).
Ironically kids of both families somehow survived and received injuries due to the impact. Titu Dhawan, the younger brother of the deceased Pawan Kumar, mourned over the death of his brother and said he had no idea what destiny had chosen for his family. He further said we are trying to bring our kids back as soon as possible.
A shock of grief was spread in the city after hearing the incident.
