3 Punjab U-16 Boys Basketball players in Indian Team playing FIBA U16 Asian Championship 2023 at Doha, Qatar this month
Punjab Basketball Association is thrilled at the inclusion of 3 of the Punjab players in the Indian U16 Boys National Team in FIBA U16 Asian Championship 2023 scheduled to be held at Doha, Qatar from 17th September – 24th September 2023.

Ludhiana, September 14, 2023: Punjab Basketball Association is thrilled at the inclusion of 3 of the Punjab players in the Indian U16 Boys National Team in FIBA U16 Asian Championship 2023 scheduled to be held at Doha, Qatar from 17th September – 24th September 2023.
The Punjab players are Jagmeet Singh (Hoshiarpur), Tajinderbir Singh (Jalandhar) and Harjeet Singh (Patiala).
Currently, the Indian team is under training at Indore at the guidance of renowned Basketball Coaches Rajan Sharma (International Coach) and Ram Kumar (Dhyan Chand Awardee) . The Indian team leaves for Doha on 15th September.
Teja Singh Dhaliwal, General Secretary of PBA is quite upbeat about these players as he sees a still bigger potential in these players.
RS Gill PBA president and Yurinder Singh Hayer Senior VP PBA and Brij Goyal Assistant Treasurer also congratulated the players, coaches along with their parents.
