32nd voluntary blood donation in aid of Thalassaemic kids

Ludhiana, February 16, 2014: Team Zindagi Live Foundation adopted 32 under privileged kids to its already existing tally of 58 kids under its umbrella.  A total of 90 Thalassaemic kids are now being sponsored by the foundation for transfusion, medicines, filter and testing.
In the event, Team Zindagi Live Foundation in association with Sutlej Club Ludhiana organised its 32nd voluntary blood donation in aid of these Thalassaemic kids at Satluj Club.
A total of 101 units of blood were collected by the team of DMC&H headed by Dr. Aikaj Jindal.
Sumit Jarangal, Assistant Commissioner of MC, Ludhiana also donated blood on this occasion. He congratulated Team Zindagi Live for organising a camp for such a noble cause.
Isha Kalia, ADC Ludhiana who was also present on this occasion blessed the Thalassaemic children and praised Zindagi Live Foundation for such human endeavour and appealed to the people to come forward and support this foundation.
Most of the executive members donated blood headed by the general secretary of Sutlej Club Dr. Rohit Dutta and others. Ruchi Bawa, Patron of Team Zindagi Live Foundation thanked Sutlej Club for their wonderful hospitality and colourful venue.
