Chandigarh, February 2, 2025: The much-anticipated competitions for 38th AIU North Zone Youth Festival 2025 commenced today with an exhilarating display of talent and creativity, bringing together young artists, performers, and intellectuals from across the northern states.
The opening day set the stage for a vibrant fusion of culture, music, and artistic expression, with participants showcasing their skills in diverse genres. Enthusiastic audiences witnessed breathtaking performances in One Act Play, Western Instrumental Solo, Group Song (Western), and Classical Instrumental Solo (Percussion).
Meanwhile, university students from Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, and Jammu & Kashmir displayed their artistic flair in Cartooning, Poster Making, and Collage. The spirit of intellectual engagement was equally alive, as young minds participated in the Debate and Quiz (Preliminary Round), engaging in thought-provoking discussions and showcasing their sharp intellect. The second day will feature One Act Play (Day 2), Skit, Western Vocal Solo, Group Song (Indian), Classical Instrumental Solo (Non-Percussion), On-the-Spot Painting, Clay Modeling, Installation, Folk Tribal Dance, Elocution, and the Final Round of Quiz.
