450 students received degrees at Ramgarhia Girls College

Ramgarhia Girls College hosted its annual convocation, at which degrees were awarded to students who passed out in the academic years 2021–22 and 2022–23.

Ludhiana, July 24, 2204: Ramgarhia Girls College hosted its annual convocation, at which degrees were awarded to students who passed out in the academic years 2021–22 and 2022–23.  

Inderjeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, GADVASU, Ludhiana, was the chief guest, Dr. Harish Verma, Principal, Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Amritsar, was the guest of honour, and the function was presided over by Advocate Kulwant Singh Sidhu, MLA, Atam Nagar, Ludhiana. 

Offg. Principal Prof. Jyoti Verma and S. Ranjodh Singh welcomed the distinguished guests. The ceremony commenced with a prayer to the Almighty offered by students of the PG Department of Music Vocal. Then, an ethereal picture of Sri Hemkunt Sahib, clicked by Ashwinder Sethi and designed by Ranjodh Singh was released. Following that, the chief guest bestowed degrees on 450 graduate and postgraduate students.  Roll of Honour was awarded to 47 students for their outstanding achievements in academics, cultural activities, and sports. 

Dr. Inderjeet Singh congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to use the knowledge they gained at the college to benefit their country and humanity. Advocate. Kulwant Singh Sidhu said, "As you step out as successful young women, I ask you to do your part in establishing a strong, self-sufficient nation. I am convinced that, as self-assured women, you will use what your professors have taught you." 

Offg. Principal Prof. Jyoti Verma read the annual convocation report, and while highlighting the college's accomplishments, she stated that the college has always strived to provide value-based education in addition to academic brilliance. 

Ranjodh Singh and S. Gurcharan Singh Lotey also praised students for their outstanding achievements, stating that with hard work, commitment, and enthusiasm, they may reach greater heights in life. 

Dr. Harish Verma also wished the best to the graduates and stated, "As you celebrate the results of your hard work, I wish that success follows you in whatever you do." 

On this day, Former Principals Dr. Narinder Kaur Sandhu, Dr. Rajeshwar Pal Kaur, accompanied by Former Professor Dr. Ripandeep Kaur, and Principals of other institutions under the Ramgarhia Educational Council were also present. Dr. Harbinder Kaur conducted the stage.
