4th Annual Convocation of St.Soldier Law College and Co-Ed.College held

Jalandhar April 24, 2015: 4th Annual Convocation of St.Soldier Law College and Co-Ed. College was held in which 123 graduates were awarded the degrees by S.K.Sharma, Director General of Police, Punjab. The Chairman of St.Soldier Group of Institutions Anil Chopra and Vice-Chairperson Sangeeta Chopra presided over the Convocation. Dr Subhash Sharma Director Law College and Veena Dada Principal Co-Ed. College welcomed the Chief Guest and presented reports of their Colleges. The candidates who got degrees of LL.B, B.A.LL.B, B.A (Law), B.Com, B.A, BCA, Bio-Tech were jubilant. Of these two candidates of Law College named Harneet Kaur & Sonali won first Positions in their LL.B and B.A (Law) courses of Guru Nanak Dev University and thereby became entitled to University Medals and Certificates of Merit.

DGP S.K Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, congratulated the candidates who got degrees and exhorted them to work hard in a clear cut direction to be successful in the modern competitive life. He motivated the students and said that it is not a convocation but a beginning of new journey. He appreciated the efforts of St. Soldier Group in providing quality education to the students belonging from rural areas and largely belonging to the poor families. The students presented Bhangra on the occasion.  Amongst others present on the occasion were Prof. Manhar Arora M.D, Dr Vijay Dhir, Dr S.P.S Matiana, Dr Alka Gupta, Prof. Sameer Thakur, Prof. Amarpal Singh and Reena Agnihotri.
