4th Rajeshwari Kala Mahotasva on July 30
Apeejay College of Fine Arts to organize online
Jalandhar: 4th Rajeshwari Kala Mahotasva is being celebrated online on 30th July, 2020 at Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar.
For online competition, entries are invited in 6 categories i.e. Photography, Print- Making, Drawing, Sculpture, Digital Arts and Painting. It is worth mentioning that near about 1167 online entries have been received from participants from India and other 15 foreign countries. Three prizes are set for winners of each category. Today, the judgement for the best contribution in each category mentioned above was given by the Jury members who are well established names in their respective field. Prof. V Albert van der weide, Netherland; Professor V. Nagdas, Khairagarh; Mr. Diwan Manna, Chandigarh; Mr. Madan Lal, Chandigarh and Mr. Tutu Pattnaik, Delhi were among the Jury team. All the winners would be honoured online on 30th July, 2020.
Principal Dr. Sucharita Sharma appreciated all the entries received in different categories. She said that Rajeshwari Kala Mahotasva has made its recognition not only within the Country but outside India too. The number of entries from 15 foreign countries is the proof of it. She felt the Jury team might have faced difficult situation to give the judgement.
