60 students from CU Kerala arriving at CU at Dharamshala
Cultural exchange programme is the key objective
Dharamshala: As part of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' program a team of 60 students from Kerala Central University is reaching at Himachal Pradesh Central University, Dharamshala on March 5. the team will stay in Dharamshala till March 8, and the student will get knowledge about the culture, rural environment and agriculture related activities of Himachal here.
According to Ms Pooja Awasthi PRO HPCU there will be a reception for students in the auditorium of Dharamshala College on March 5. Students of both the cetral universities shall present cultural items of their areas in the presence of Vice Chancellor HPCU Dr. Kuldeep Chand Agnihotri & other dignitaries.
On March 6, the visiting team of students will go to Agricultural University, Palampur to get information related to agriculture activies of HP. After this, the students will visit the Shobha Singh Art Gallery. On March 7, the team will visit the nearby village Ghera of Dharamshala to get an idea of the rural environment of Himachal Pradesh. On the same day, the team members will visit the International Cricket Stadium in Dharamshala and then visit the tourist area McLeodganj. On March 8, the team will return to Kerala.
