Jalandhar, January 17, 2013: On the last day today, as many as seven candidates have filed nomination papers for the post of President of Non Resident Indian (NRI) Sabha ,Punjab.
These are; Kamaljit Singh (UK), Jasbir Singh Gill (UK), Jagjit Singh Toor (UK), Pritam Singh (USA), Sarabjit Singh (Italy), Sukhwant Singh (Germany) and Gurjit Kaur (Germany).
According to Iqbal Singh Sandhu, SDM, Jalandhar -Cum-Assistant Returning Officer, NRI Sabha Elections 2013, the scrutiny of the nomination papers will be held on Friday.
