70 Young entrepreneurs attended session on business transformation

Bernard Curren with an experience of over 40 years in creating, growing and exiting successful enterprises. Accomplished Company Director operating in roles varying from Sales Director through Managing Director to Board Chair, who has successfully provided advice, coaching and mentoring to over 1000 businesses, in various roles from non-executive to formal consultation and acted as adviser to multiple UK Innovation and incubation bodies; was the Key Note Speaker on the Occasion.
Bernard Curren explained how businesses are being transformed, how a planned business grows exponentially when compared to the traditional ones, and how the business study techniques like Business Structuring, Business Planning & Regulation, Financial Planning, Operational Planning, Marketing Planning & Research help the business in its very basic stages and firms the foundation of the business for excelling and growing many folds. He said these days, companies gather an overwhelming amount of data and what they choose to do with it can either improve their customer relationships or damage them beyond repair.
S.K. Rai Vice Chairman & Managing Director Hero Cycles Limited talked about the business ideas and how the idea of Zomato, OLA transformed the business fraternity, he emphasized holding upon an idea, working upon it and setting the aims and achieving them.
Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO said that Learning without sharing is only information, he said to learn we first need to unlearn what we already are doing, then relearn how we can do the same in a better way.
