9 Students of S.B.S.Technical Campus placed in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd

Ferozpur, November 9, 2019: Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) an Indian MNC IT service company has selected nine students presently studying in B.Tech final year from SBS State Technical Campus, Ferozepur as Assistant System Engineer. Out of total nine selected students, eight students are from B Tech CSE and one student from B Tech ECE. All these selected students will be part of the application development and maintenance projects across any of business units of TCSL across PAN India. The names of students selected students are Gagandeep Kaur, Gaurav Gwari, Hemant Kant Tiwari, Himanshu Patel, Indervir Kaur Gill, Narinder Garg, Naveeta Rajput, S K Mirazul Hoque and Alisha. Dr. T.S. Sidhu, Director told that TCS selected these students after conducting six rigorous rounds, namely TCS Ninja Test, TCS Digital Qualifier Test, Technical Interview, Managerial Interview and finally HR interview. Campus Director T.S. Sidhu congratulated the Training and Placement Cell Team comprising of Dr. Gazal Preet Arneja TPO, Mr. Inderjeet Singh Gill ATPO and Mr. Kamal Khanna ATPO and Mr. Gurcharan Singh. On this occasion students were honoured by their Training & Placement Cell Team, their HOD's and TPI's namely Mr. Japinder Singh HOD CSE, Mrs Rajni HOD ECE, Mr. Jatinder Kumar Aggarwal, Dr. Sanjeev Dewra, Mr. Navtej Singh, Dr. Vikram Mutneja, Mr. Sukhwant Singh, Mr. Sukhjinder Singh, Ms. Akriti, Campus PRO Mr. Balwinder Singh Mohie and Mr. Gurcharan Singh. All the faculty members congratulated the selected students and their families. Expressing delight over the evolving situation in respect of boom in Campus Placements, Dr. Gazal Preet Arneja, Training and Placement Officer said, "the placement results shows the high competency level of students, able guidance and directions of Campus Director and dedicated efforts of entire Training and Placement Cell team".
