9th Panjab University Pharmaceutical Sciences Convocation
University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University, will host its 9th Panjab University Pharmaceutical Sciences Convocation on 2nd May 2025. During the convocation, the passout B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy students of the years 2023 and 2024 will receive their respective degrees.

Chandigarh April 28, 2025: University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University, will host its 9th Panjab University Pharmaceutical Sciences Convocation on 2nd May 2025. During the convocation, the passout B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy students of the years 2023 and 2024 will receive their respective degrees.
UIPS is one of the prestigious and premier institutes of India catering to Pharmaceutical Education and Research, established since 1944. Over the years, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has achieved several milestones testifying to its commitment to the pharmaceutical profession and society. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has been consistently declaring UIPS among the top ten pharmacy institutions in the country since 2016. Since 2016, UIPS organises the Pharmaceutical Sciences Convocation wherein all the successful graduate and postgraduate students are awarded their Panjab University degrees.
The Institute has some exceptional achievements of discovering novel bioactive molecules and has successfully licensed a dozen innovative technologies to pharmaceutical industries for commercialisation.
