Aagaman: Welcoming fresh talent with flair at DRV DAV Centenary Public School

Phillaur, April 28, 2024: Embrace the adventure of the unknown, for within it lies the opportunity to discover your strengths, unleash your potential, and illuminate the path to a future filled with endless possibilities. Keeping the same view in mind the students, staff of the school celebrated ‘Freshers Party’ to mark the grand 'Aagaman' of the fresher's journey—a symbolic arrival into the vibrant tapestry of school life to XI students. Filled with curiosity and zeal, the fresher’s ceremony was meticulously orchestrated by the students and teachers of class XII on 27th April,2024 in the school premises. The day unfolded as a vibrant fiesta, wholly devoted to celebrate new beginnings, forge friendships, and create memories that will last a lifetime. 

The festivities commenced with a dignified welcome extended to esteemed guests Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir and worthy judges Amarpreet Kaur, an Ex KVS educator and an epitome of excellence in the realm of education, a National awardee by the HRD Ministry and Dr. Vandana Luthra, Proud Alumnus of our School and now Dentist cum assistant professor in Baba Jaswant Dental College Ludhiana. They were honored with saplings as their gracious presence adorned the occasion. Being a vibrant spectacle, the fresher’s extravaganza electrified the day for all revelers. 
The captivating highlights included mesmerizing dance and singing performances by the students that stirred the souls. To infuse an aura of merriment and amusement, an array of game was meticulously arranged, elevating the festivities to new heights. The crowning jewel of the evening was the eagerly anticipated Miss and Mr. Fresher contest, where the students glided down the ramp with grace. Meanwhile, the contenders for the coveted titles dazzled in the Question and Answer round, showcasing a delightful fusion of elegance and intellect with their splendid responses. Radhika was adjudged as Ms.Fresher

Anand Kaur as the first runners up and Harshita as the second runners up. Amongst the boys Master Prince won the title of Mr. Fresher, Master Gurshan was adjudged as first runners up and Master Kishan bagged Second runners up title. To kindle a blaze of excitement within the festivities, students were bestowed with a captivating array of titles, magnifying their sense of significance and delight. The esteemed guests were graciously presented with exquisite paintings, serving as cherished tokens of remembrance, capturing the essence of this memorable occasion. The festivities reached their crescendo with a pulsating Bhangra performance, leaving an indelible imprint of joy and rhythm on the hearts of all attendees. 

With profound wisdom, Principal Dr. Yogesh Gambhir bestowed upon the students’ heartfelt blessings for their future endeavors, emphasizing that participation holds greater significance than mere victory, echoing the eternal essence of growth and character development.

Thereafter, a whirlwind of dance, laughter, and singing engulfed the atmosphere, intertwining in a symphony of joy and celebration that echoed through the halls, etching unforgettable memories in the hearts of all present.
