'AAP' candidate Mohinder Bhagat filed nomination for Jalandhar by-election

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Mohinder Bhagat filed his nomination papers on Friday for the Jalandhar West Assembly by-election. Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Minister Aman Arora and AAP MP from Hoshiarpur Dr Rajkumar Chabbewal and other AAP leaders were present during the nomination.

Chandigarh/Jalandhar, June 21, 2024: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Mohinder Bhagat filed his nomination papers on Friday for the Jalandhar West Assembly by-election. Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Minister Aman Arora and AAP MP from Hoshiarpur Dr Rajkumar Chabbewal and other AAP leaders were present during the nomination.

Before filing the nomination, Mohinder Bhagat took the blessings of his father. His father Chunni Lal Bhagat has been a minister during the Akali-BJP government. AAP candidate also paid obeisance at the Kabir temple located in Bhargava Camp and received God's blessings.

After the nomination, Mohinder Bhagat attacked the BJP candidate and former MLA of Jalandhar West Assembly constituency Sheetal Angural and said that in this election the public will teach a lesson to the betrayer. He said that this time Sheetal Angural's security deposit will be confiscated.
