AAP holds protest against anti-people policies of Capt Amarinder Singh


Congress government failed on all fronts: Budh Ram
Ludhiana, December 5, 2018: The Aam Aadmi Party Volunteers of Malwa Zone-2 today held a protest march against the anti-people policies of Punjab Government led by Captain Amarinder Singh.
While addressing the party volunteers, Principal Budh Ram Chairman of state core committee said that performance of present Congress government is worst than SAD-BJP governments. Capt Amarinder Singh has betrayed the people of Punjab as he backed out from all promises made during elections. He said that farmers, employees and teachers were protesting on roads and Captain government is unresponsive on issues.
Budh Ram said that during three years of Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi, revolutionary steps have been taken to revamp education, health and power sectors. The Delhi government has brought down taxes and reduced power tariff drastically. Kejriwal has also brought back the pension scheme for its employees which was scrapped by the center government. He said that a special campaign will be launched to propagate the achievements made by Delhi government. AAP leader said that Punjab unit of AAP will soon announce the names of remaining candidates for Lok Sabha poll.
Aman Arora MLA from Sunam said that Congress government has failed to address the issues and and running in the panic mode. He said that opposition was united against the government. He said that Capt government has called only three day winter session of Vidhan Sabha as it wants to run away from its responsibilities. He demanded to expand the session for at least two more days.
Sadhu Singh MP lashed out at Modi government at center and said that it has ruined the country and heading for economic disaster. He said that inflation has put burden on common man. The people will give a befitting reply ti BJP in the Lok Sabha polls, he added.
Gurdit Singh Sekhon Zonal president said that they will launch district level rallies to apprise people of failures of center and state governments. Amarjit Singh Sandoa MLA,Amardeep Singh Mohi, Master Hari Singh general secretary, Gurjit Singh Gill, Karamjit Singh Dhindsa, Suresh Goyal and other leaders also addressed the protest dharna.
