Chandigarh, April 23, 2025: Infusing fresh energy and hope into Punjab's youth, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Youth Wing State President Manjinder Singh Lalpura has announced a historic initiative to establish youth clubs across the state. These clubs aim to inspire young individuals toward social service, dynamic leadership, and the creation of a strong and progressive nation.
These youth clubs will serve as a robust platform to unite young individuals and channel their immense potential in the right direction. These clubs, to be established in every village, city, and ward, will provide opportunities for youth to play active roles in various areas.
Key Objectives of the Youth Clubs:
Anti-Drug Campaign: Raising awareness about the harmful effects of drugs and creating a drug-free society through rallies, seminars, and inspirational programs.
Cleanliness and Health Campaigns: Promoting healthy lifestyles by conducting special cleanliness drives in villages and urban areas under the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.'
Sports and Cultural Activities: Connecting youth with sports and their rich culture to foster positive thinking and communal harmony.
Skill Development and Employment Preparation: Organizing special training programs, seminars, and coaching classes to prepare young individuals for today's competitive era.
Women Youth Clubs: Running special programs focused on developing leadership qualities among girls and ensuring their safety.
On this occasion, Manjinder Singh Lalpura said, "The enthusiasm of youth is the greatest strength of any nation, and by giving it the right direction, we can create a strong and prosperous future." He further announced that he would soon undertake an extensive tour across Punjab dedicated to youth clubs, during which he would directly interact with the youth and encourage them to join these clubs in large numbers. He said, "Let us all come together for this noble cause and give a new direction to the youth of Punjab."
