AAP trying to take credit of “schemes” started by PM Narendra Modi: Sarin

Ludhiana August 4, 2022: The AAP in a desperate unethical attempt is trying to take credit for “Jankalankari schemes” started by the central government. Said Anil Sarin Chief Spokesperson of BJP here today while addressing a press conference. 
 
Sarin briefing the media said that major schemes by Central government for uplifting the public are being projected by AAP MLA’s in camps being organised in the state as there projects when in reality it is not true. 
 
Taking a dig at the AAP which is a professional publicity team Sarin said that posters of AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann are being displayed at the camps. “This is totally unacceptable and unethical as the state government has done nothing and it is the vision of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi that these various schemes were started benefiting crores across the country.
 
Under the Pradhan Mantri  Ujjwala Yojana started on 1 May 2016 which had a target of giving benefit to eight crore Indians by 2020 had with the commitment and zeal of our Prime Minister had hit the golden number by 7 September 2019. Today the MLA’s of AAP are trying to take credit for which they have no contribution. This is deceitful and they should abstain from  this chief publicity tactics. Said Mr Anil Sarin. 
 
Under this scheme 106950246 gas connections in the country have been given. In 2016 the nation had 62 percent population which had gas connections but today 98.8 percent in the country have gas connections. 12,64,549 gas connections under this scheme alone have been given in Punjab . In Ludhiana alone 83,256 gas connections were given. This year the Centre under a scheme PMUY is giving gas connections to families of migrants. There is a huge population of migrants in Ludhiana and this will benefit them. 
 
Sarin said that Rs.1600 was given by the Centre for 14.2 and 5 kg cylinders. 14.2 kg cylinder Rs.1250 is given as security and for 5 kg Rs.800 is given. Not only that all the other expenses regulator Rs.150, for pipe Rs.100 and 25 rupees for gas copy and 75 rupees for other expenses are also given. In addition to above Oil Companies are providing first LPG refill and Gas stove free of cost to all the PMUY Beneficiaries. 
 
It is the vision of the Prime Minister that the women of our nation can lead lives with dignity. Gas connections have changed the entire scenario for women as they no more use harmful coal and wood for cooking. Said Sarin.
