ADC (Urban Development) office gets tough on illegal colonies; demolishes residential colony in Ladian Kalan area

Ludhiana, December 2, 2021: Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) Sandeep Kumar IAS today warned of strict action against any person indulging in developing an illegal residential colony in the district. He has urged the colonisers to adopt a legal way and get licenses from Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) if they want to carry out their businesses in a hassle free manner.
The ADC (UD) informed that one such under construction colony named Shiv Shakti Enclave in Ladian Kalan was demolished today. He warned that all such illegal colonies would also be demolished by the government if they fail to get their license.
In a press statement issued here today, Sandeep Kumar informed that such colonisers can apply for their licenses with GLADA and assured that they would be issued in a hassle free manner. He also warned that if any construction is carried out without having a valid license, then strict penal action would be initiated against them.
