Administration thanks Vardhman Special Steels for donating seven sewing machines
Appreciating the initiative of Vardhman Special Steels Limited for donating sewing machines for the skill development centre, the district administration on Thursday expressed gratitude to the company and said that the efforts will go in a long way in providing specialized skill training to the women in the centre.

Ludhiana, March 2, 2023: Appreciating the initiative of Vardhman Special Steels Limited for donating sewing machines for the skill development centre, the district administration on Thursday expressed gratitude to the company and said that the efforts will go in a long way in providing specialized skill training to the women in the centre.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (D) Amit Kumar Panchal said that Vardhman special steels limited had provided one Industrial buttonhole machine, one Button attaching machine and five Universal machines with stand table motors under its CSR initiative of women empowerment and helping needy girls to learn sewing so as to earn their livelihood. Senior Manager Administration of Vardhman Amit Dhawan handed over machines to the centre.
Panchal said that these sewing machines would prove instrumental for the skill development centre. He thanked Vice chairman Vardhman Sachit Jain, Soumya Jain, RK Rewar, Manuj Mehta and others for the machines.
