Admission To Journalism Course Begins At PAU

Ludhiana, April 21, 2016: Admission process for two years Master’s Course in Journalism at PAU started from 12th April with the availability of prospectus for the same. The last date for application is 6th May, 2016. The University offers Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) course which has 7 seats. Admission is through an entrance test. Graduate students in any discipline/second class Master’s degree/second class graduate with Diploma in Journalism can apply.
Dr.Jagdish Kaur, Head Department of Agricultural Journalism, Languages & Culture stated that the MJMC course has a great scope with best placements. Journalism is one such discipline where still there is no saturation. Also, the University trains the students in supportive courses in Sociology, Extension Education, English, and Punjabi.
