Ludhiana, November 15, 2017: Punjab & Haryana High Court Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu's authored book titled Ghana Indian Legal System was presented to Hon’ble Prof.Mike Aaron Oquaye Speaker of Parliament of Ghana during his recent visit to India at the High Commission of Ghana in New Delhi on 9th November, 2017.
His Excellency Mike Oquaye, Ghana’s High Commissioner to India acknowledged the book, particularly the chapter on business laws, which according to him will make the Indian investor, understand business laws of Ghana and provide an understanding of the Constitutional functioning, sustain commercial co-operation between Ghana and India in the domain of Law. The High Commissioner of Ghana, in presence of Hon'ble Speaker of Parliament of Ghana appreciated the hard work put in by Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu, in completing the assignment which was given to him by the Judicial Services of Ghana for comparing laws of Ghana and India.
