Advocate Vishwa Chakshu asks for permission from International Court to file case against China for spreading corona

Dharamshala: To file a case against China for spreading the global epidemic Covid-19, a permission letter has been sent by advocate Vishwa Chakshu of Dharamshala to The International Court of Justice in the Netherlands. In his letter to President Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, International Court of Justice, The Hague The Netherlands, Chakshu said that the Covid-19 has caused havoc and tragedy all over the world including India. “That is why I request for permission to file a case against China”, Chakshu wrote in application. He added that so far, more than one crore infected cases have been reported due to corona epidemic. Also, more than five lakh deaths have also been caused by this virus. The first case in India was detected on 30 January 2020, and till date around five lakh 30 thousand people have been infected in the country, out of which 16 thousand 103 have died. At the same time, corona epidemics are continuously increasing across the world, and cases of infection are increasing continuously. “Due to which the economic situation of almost all the countries in the world, including India has been shaken up completely. In such a situation, the country has to face many problems, such as unemployment, industry, education etc.”, said Chakshu.
Advocate Vishwa Chakshu said that China is responsible for all these problems. He said that permission is being sought to file a case against China in the International Court of Justice, and if allowed, will file a case against China on behalf of India.
He has sent a copy of the letter to the Supreme Court of India, Government of India, Himachal Pradesh High Court and Government of Himachal Pradesh.
