Alternative Road built to connect Rattanheri with Khanna city: ADC Amarjit Bains

Khanna (Ludhiana), July 12, 2022: The district administration on Tuesday built a new alternative road to connect the Rattanheri and other villages with Khanna town.
Khanna ADC Amarjit Bains informed that on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Surabhi Malik, the executive agency Public Works Department made the motorable road from underpass to government school ( 0.5 KM) which would ensure easy access to the people of Rattanheri and other nearby areas to reach Khanna city.
He said that due to construction of an underpass, Rattanheri railway crossing was closed and commuters were demanding the carpeting of alternative road. The people had also handed over memorandum to local administration in this regard following which directions were issued to PWD to immediately provide a new alternative road to the people.
