Chandigarh, December 21, 2024: The Department of Education, Panjab University, Chandigarh, successfully hosted Alumni Meet 2024 on 21st December 2024 at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Hall, Arts Block-2.
The event brought together alumni from various batches for a nostalgic and heartwarming reunion with their alma mater. The event began with the Panjab University Anthem followed by a warm welcome from Prof. Nandita Singh, Alumni Coordinator.
A moment was dedicated to remembering alumni who could not attend, adding a reflective touch to the gathering. Prof. Satvinderpal Kaur, the Chairperson, presented the department’s achievements, highlighting the progress and developments made over the years. The alumni shared fond memories and experiences during the Reminiscence session, rekindling old friendships and cherishing their connection to the department.
Prof. Satvinderpal Kaur delivered the Vote of Thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organising team and the enthusiastic participation of the alumni. The event concluded with refreshments and informal networking, allowing alumni to reconnect and relive cherished moments.
