Chandigarh: Milan Hovorka, Ambassador of Czech Republic in India honoured International Pistol Shooter siblings Vishwajeet Singh and Gauri Sheoran for their outstanding sports performance at International level in a felicitation ceremony at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Chandigarh.
Dishita Singh a class 10th student of Strawberry School was also honoured for her outstanding academic achievements in presence of Prof Dr Nishta Jaiswal, Vice Chancellor, National Law University Shimla and Prof Dr Jagbir Singh from Delhi University.
He was on official tour in Chandigarh.
Prof Jagbir Singh was the person who arranged this prestigious program.
Czech Ambassador also had a wonderful and very interactive discussion on sports, fashion, education and tourism with the shooting siblings.
Czech Ambassador has also invited both the international personalities to visit Czech embassy and also promised for all out support for any venture in above discussed fields in his country.
Jagdeep Singh, Secretary, Finance Haryana was also present during this felicitation ceremony.
