Amity Gurugram Marathon (AGM) is among the various sports Initiative of Amity Education Group. This annual event is been organized in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana.
Till 2017, AGM was a Half Marathon (AGHM) event but the enthusiasm & participation of professional runners from more than 20 countries led the organisers to transit into a Full Marathon event, along with other race categories.
As a mission statement, AGM encourages the importance of Running and also helps social organisations to take their cause to the masses for fund raising.
AGHM 2017 held on 26th Feb was the Fourth edition of the event that had witnessed participation by approximately 15,000 people. This edition had registered huge enthusiasm from corporate participants to the kids.
In this edition, there are 04 race categories viz 42.2 Km (Full Marathon), 21.1 KM (Half Marathon), 10 KM & 5 KM for 12 years of age and above . This year about 20,000 runners are expected to participate in this mega event.
Once again, the citizens of Gurugram, from the rest of the country and from abroad will come together on 28th February , on one platform under one banner and will run for peace , harmony and a healthier tomorrow.
RACE INFORMATION
42.2 Km Full Marathon
Full Marathon category is open to all the people above the age of 18 years. All finishers of this category will be awarded a timing certificate & finisher medal.
21.1 Km Half Marathon
• Is open to all the people above the age of 14 years. All finishers of the Half Marathon race category will be awarded a certificate & finisher medal.
10 Km Fun Run
• Is open to all the people above the age of 14 years. All finishers of the Fun Run race category will be awarded a certificate.
5 Km Kids Run
• Is for children in the age group of 12 Yrs and above. All finishers of the Kids Run category will be awarded a certificate.

• Full Marathon (over 18 years of age) : 42.2 Km
• Half Marathon (over 14 years of age) : 21.1 Km
• Fun Run (over 14 years of age) :10 Km
• Kids Run (12 years and above) : 5 Km
