Amity University Greater Noida Campus organised a health check-up camp for students, professors, and other staff in association with Apollo Hospitals Greater Noida. In the camp for health check-up after the talk, a detailed report was prepared after examining the health of all students, their parents, Professors, and staff.

The Camp started with the address of Professor (Dr.) Ajay Rana, Director General, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida. Professor (Dr.) Ajay Rana in his speech, said that health is a very important part of life, we should give place to yoga, exercise, and physical activities in our lifestyle. He further added that at Amity Education Group we give equal importance to sports activities in addition to academics. Professor Rana congratulated and encouraged Professor Garima Bhardwaj, Professor Vikram and Professor Prateek for organizing the programme.
Senior Orthopaedics Surgeon and Head of the Department Dr. Ankur Singh addressed the gathering and explained the importance of proper sitting posture and other orthopaedic precautions to all the attendees. Dr. Ankur also taught various exercises and tricks to the attendees. Dr. Singh also informed about sports injuries, there seriousness and precautions. The session was very interactive where Dr Singh answered the quarries of attendees.
Along with the health check-up, the students were also made health conscious and information about wearing masks, keeping hands clean, maintaining social distance etc. under the protocol of Covid was given through posters. Students were also made aware about yoga and exercise and outdoor activities for their health.
The Dean Student Welfare Brig. Hardeep Singh Dhanny proposed vote of thanks to Dr Ankur Singh and team from Apollo Hospital Greater Noida for successful organisation of the event. Rahul Kaushik, Physician Dr. Vineet Sharma, Dr. Bhavya, Professor JS Jassi, and other professors were present in the event.
