Amity University, Greater Noida hosts Annual Fashion Show Panache-2024 on International Women’s Day
Amity University Greater Noida hosted its much-anticipated annual fashion show “Panache” marking a high point in this year's International Women's Day celebrations. Featuring Mr. Kaushik Sheel, Visual Merchandising-Head, North Zone for Lifestyle India Pvt. Ltd., seasoned fashion designer Abhishek Kumar with over 13 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Neha Vaasdev, renowned Celebrity Fashion Stylist and Image Consultant, Ms. Ravika Chaddha, visual merchandiser manager at Da Milano leathers, Ms. Aadhya Sharma, fashion influencer as the event’s jury members, this event brought together students, faculty, and community members in a vibrant showcase of fashion, empowerment, and solidarity.

In a glittering fusion of fashion and academia, Director General of Amity University Greater Noida Campus Prof. Dr. Ajay Rana unveiled the inaugural issue of Panache Magazine.
Beginning with captivating Lavni dance performance followed by ball room dance and a play reflecting the intricacies of patriarchy, attendees were treated to a dazzling display of collections that ranged from haute couture to ready-to-wear, each telling a unique story through fabric, color, and silhouette.
Student designers took us on a wild ride with their design range, named Topsy Turvy, Tonic Clonic, Stitchery, Enchanted Botanical Symphony, Hastnirmit and Eclipsed Elegance collection.
Panache showcased the innovative creations of the college’s talented student designers, setting a vibrant stage for the future of fashion. Panache took an adorable turn with a segment that featured a ramp walk by tiny tots, which became the highlight of the evening.
Dressed in outfits designed and crafted by the students, these young models charmed the audience with their confidence and cuteness, bringing a fresh perspective to the runway.
Fashion show concluded with an awards ceremony, best design portfolio was awarded to final year students Rahul and Harpreet, most commercially viable collection award went to Ravi and Rushita and best design collection award was claimed by Shahvej and Ayrish.
Dr. Ajay Rana congratulated the winners and said that we are incredibly proud of our students and grateful to the Jury members and attendees for coming together to honor the achievements and potential of our students.
