Anjali Tatrari, Mahir Pandhi and other lead artists express gratitude as Sony SAB’s Vanshaj is set to conclude

Sony SAB’s Vanshaj is set to bid adieu on 28th September. Featuring Anjali Tatrari and Mahir Pandhi as the two warring descendants of the Mahajan empire, the show highlighted the value of merit-based inheritance versus gender-based inheritance. With its thrilling twists and turns and the entry of another business rival - the Talwars, the show captured viewers’ hearts and became a fan favourite and remains so till the end. As the show is set to culminate this week, the race to find the right heir has intensified with Yuvika (Anjali Tatrari) and DJ (Mahir Pandhi) raising the stakes. With the show coming to its natural end, artists from the show express their gratitude and reminiscence about their fond memories from the sets.

Anjali Tatrari, playing the role of Yuvika Mahajan, said, “As Vanshaj ends, I reflect on the deep bonds we formed..  Every moment on set has been a lesson and a cherished memory. I will truly miss my amazing co-stars and the family we became, especially the warmth of our incredible team. The cast and crew have always looked after me, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Staying at Umbergaon and being away from home and my mom was difficult, but they made sure I never felt alone. Every day fans used to come on the set to meet me and I also got beautiful gifts from them. While saying goodbye is difficult, I find comfort in the beautiful memories we’ve created and look forward to new beginnings.”

Mahir Pandhi, playing the role of Digvijay Mahajan, said, “Playing Digvijay Mahajan was a transformative experience, not just as an actor but as a person. The bonds I’ve formed with the cast and crew, the memories we’ve created, and the growth I’ve experienced will stay with me forever. During the shoot, we were all away from our homes, and in Umbergaon we used to live in the same society, go to the same gym, so obviously there’s a deep bond. It’s been a journey of friendship, learning, and a lot of love. I will always cherish every moment spent on the set and am grateful for the opportunity to bring DJ to life. I am grateful to the fans who have loved DJ so much as it is rare for a villain to receive so much admiration. Thank you to everyone who made this journey so special.”

Puneet Issar, playing the role of Bhanupratap Mahajan, said, “As I look back on my journey with Vanshaj, I find myself reflecting on its exceptional nature. This was not just another show, but a remarkable exploration of human values and family dynamics. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and as we move forward, I carry with me a treasure trove of memories and a deep gratitude for all who made this experience unforgettable.”

Parinita Seth, playing the role of Gargi Mahajan, said, “As I close this chapter, my heart is a mix of gratitude and sadness. This incredible journey has been filled with laughter, excitement, and countless unforgettable moments. I’ll always treasure the times we shared—like those light-hearted rehearsals that turned into laughter-filled memories. Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when I think of my wonderful co-stars, particularly my on-screen son DJ, whose energy brought so much joy to our scenes, and the ever-inspiring Puneet Sir, who guided us with his wisdom. Thank you all for being a part of this remarkable journey; I will carry these memories with me forever.”
