Annual athletic meet 2019-20 held at Bajaj College

Ludhiana: On 6th March, Bajaj college celebrated its Annual Atheletic Meet for the session 2019-20 in which Principal Dr. Shikha Dhall declared the meet open with the presentation of the annual report. Students performed an energetic march past and alongwith that participated in various events. Gurjot Grewal from BCom 3rd year and Avneet Kaur from BBA 1st year were the winners of 100m race boys and girls respectively. Students who won the Long Jump were Gurjot, Ronit and Sanchit all from final year.
A new event was added this time to the sports day called Slow Cycling powered by Bombay Cycles from which Sanchit Soni of BCom 3rd year, Abhinav Chopra of BCom 2nd year and Onkar Singh of BBA 3rd year from Boys and Arika from BCom 3rd year, Harmanpreet Kaur from BBA 3rd year and Sukhpreet kaur from BCom 3rd year gained victory in descending order. In the event of Shot-put Gurjot attained first position followed by Onkar Singh and Rajanbir Singh. Most number of push-ups were performed by Onkar Singh and Gurjot Singh was declared the best athelete.
