Kalsi welcomed the Chief Guest, Mr.Amarjit Singh (USA), S.Gurmeet Singh Kular.
The function was inaugurated by
Mr.Amarjeet Singh, Mr.Ranjodh Singh and Mr.Gurcharan Singh Lotey, S.Gurmeet
Singh Kular by flagging the flag.
The Athletic meet started with
the shabad gayan. After this, the march past
by the students took place. After that the sports competition started, in which
50 m by 100 students, 100 m Race, Throw Ball, Herald Race, Frog Race, Slow
Cycling, Chati Race etc. The techniques of taekwondo were shown by the
students.
After the games, the Chief Guest
honored the students with certificates and medals.
On this occasion Mrs.Inderjit
Kaur Kalsi (Principal, Ramgarhia Girls College), Mr.Gurnek Singh (Ramgarhia
Sr.Sec. School, Boys), Mrs.Uma Panesar (Principal, Ramgarhia Co: Edu: School),
Mrs.Balwinder Kaur (Principal, Ramgarhia Elementary School) and committee
members were present.
The ceremony concluded with the National
Anthem.
