Jalandhar, December 4, 2014: Keeping alive the spirit of cleanliness, the school held its Annual Prize Distribution Function – Symphony 2014 in the aesthetically decorated school auditorium. It was an endeavor to acknowledge the continuing saga of glorious achievements of its students in the CBSE board Examination, Sports and various other fields. 
The function commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest Kamal Kishore Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar, the Guest of Honour Surinder Singh Bhapa, along with Dr Anup Bowry – Academy Secretary and Dr. Chander Bowry – Medical Secretary, Dheeraj Banati – the Director Principal Schools. This was followed by   invoking the blessings of lord Ganesh through a dance performance which was followed by the Mime Dance and the contemporary dance based on Women Empowerment.  The mime was based on the story of the famous novelist- Agatha Christi who strived hard to reach at the pinnacle of success in spite of her problem of Dyslexia and in the dance girls demanded freedom to live freely.   
The Chief Guest and the guest of honour gave away the prizes to the meritorious students of class X and XII. The meritorious students were awarded scholarship cheques by Bowry Memorial Educational & Medical Trust. Those who played at state and national level in sports were also awarded.  The Best House trophy was awarded to- Sarojini House. The whole program was conducted by the students.  The student of the Year award was sponsored by Dinesh Aggarwal in the memory of his son. Charu Mago was announced as the student of the year.  The chief guest congratulated the achievers and applauded their efforts. In the end, Mementoes were given as a token of respect to the Guest of Honour and the Chief Guest.  The sublime energy of rhythm and melody enthralled the audience. The grand spectacle came to an end with the message to keep India Clean and Green!
