Apeejay School celebrates Annual Appreciation Day 

Jalandhar, February 9, 2024: Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, hosted its Annual Appreciation Day with great enthusiasm and joy  under the auspices of Sushma Paul Berlia (Chairperson, Apeejay Education, Co-Founder and Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, Chairperson and President, Apeejay Stya and Swaran Group, Chairperson, Apeejay Stya Education Research Foundation). 

The theme for this memorable event was "Abhijit… Conquer the Happiness," symbolizing the triumph of joy and positivity. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Anubhav Gupta, MBBS, MD, Kamal Hospital, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, an accomplished alumnus of Apeejay School, who served as the chief guest for the first day. 

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by the rendition of the school song and an invocation- ‘Adiyogi ki Panchkaritya.’ The program featured an array of performances showcasing the diverse talents of the students. The pre-primary segment delighted the audience with a charming skit involving aliens, complemented by captivating dance performances from the nursery and LKG classes.

Several other captivating items added vibrancy to the celebration, including ‘Flamenco Puro,’a play depicting Chanakya's vision of 'Akhand Bharat Rchayita,' an enthralling dance performance, ‘Ananth Lavanya,’ and a mesmerizing Arabic dance performance titled ‘Almeh’. Last but not least,high-energy Bhangra performance titled ‘Saada Virsa Vihar,’ left the audience in awe.

The Annual Prize Distribution ceremony was a highlight of the event, where the chief guest, along with the school's principal, Ms. Sangeeta Nistandra, and the coordinator Ms. Deepti Kaushal, distributed awards and accolades to the deserving students. Dr. Anubhav Gupta, in his address, shared pearls of wisdom, drawing from his experiences as an alumnus, and spoke eloquently about the school's founder and chairperson.

The principal, Sangeeta Nistandra, expressed her gratitude and delivered a vote of thanks, acknowledging the collective efforts of the school community in making the event a resounding success. In her address,  she also stated that the school is committed to providing technological education and support for the holistic development of students as well as to provide ethical and value-based education to the students.The Annual Appreciation Day at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, not only celebrated the achievements of the students but also served as a platform to foster a sense of unity, pride, and belonging within the school community.
