Apeejay School Rama Mandi pays homage to Dr Stya Paul on his 11th Punya Tithi 

Jalandhar: Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar under the kind stewardship of Principal, Ms. Sangeeta Nistandra paid homage to the Founder Chairman of the Apeejay Education; Dr. Stya Paul on his 11th Punya Tithi. 

The solemn occasion was observed virtually also wherein a tribute was paid to the noble soul whose vision, till date binds the Apeejay fraternity.

Mr. Sharad Tiwari, Education Officer, Apeejay Education graced the Virtual Prayer Meeting with his eminent presence.

The Prayer Meeting commenced with paying tribute to the noble soul with the recital of his favourite couplets by Hindi Teacher, Ms.Indu Bala and singing of Bhajans by Music Teacher, Ms. Nidhi Sharma. The soulful rendition offered a perfect ambience to devote a thought to the great man and the way he shaped up institutions of such repute with his dynamic vision. Vice-Principal, Ms. Aarti Shorey Bhat apprised everyone about the life and journey of the exemplary man. Ranjit Gorges, a student of class XII (Sc) in his speech talked about Dr. Stya Paul Ji’s vision and his simplistic approach towards life with which he connected with the students of the institution. Ms. Nidhi Sharma also recited a motivational Self-composed poem centered on the values of Dr. Stya Paul Ji. A video about the illustrious journey of the great visionary was also shown to the students. 

Mr. S.C.Tiwari, Education Officer, Apeejay Education, New Delhi in his address urged the staff and students to follow the path which our revered Chairman Sir had carved with his hard work, grit and determination. He said that the values in a person will always hold a higher position than his materialistic success in life.

Principal, Ms. Sangeeta Nistandra administered an oath to the Teaching faculty to work for the welfare of the students and to inculcate the human values like love, compassion, integrity and empathy to make them a better citizen of society.

A sapling was also planted in the school premises by the Principal to mark the day and named it as ‘A Tree of Values’ which symbolized the moral growth and development of the Apeejayites. This activity will be carried on as a tradition every year in Apeejay Rama Mandi, Jalandhar on the Punya Tithi of our beloved Chairman, Dr. Stya Paul Ji.
