Apeejay School, Rama Mandi salutes teachers

Jalandhar, September 5, 2021: The students of Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar celebrated Teacher’s Day to thank the teaching faculty for the unending contributions they make in the lives of their students. A cultural extravaganza was organized by the members of the Student Council to appreciate the unwavering commitment of the teachers for the vision and mission of the school.
The programme started with the auspicious Lamp Lighting Ceremony. The singing stars who performed in the event earned a loud applause from everyone for their melodious renditions. The foot tapping dance performances enthralled the audience. A skit depicting the struggle of a teacher during the online classes, her grit and determination for constant facilitation of quality education left everybody in awe. Bhangra in the end was spellbinding for the audience.
The blessings for all the teachers in the form a special message by Sushma Paul Berlia, President, Apeejay Education Society on the occasion of Teacher’s Day was also read by Principal Ms. Sangeeta Nistandra.
To mark the day, an oath was also administered to the teachers by Principal where the teachers pledged to remain dedicated and devoted to their role as a teacher. She also addressed the teachers and motivated them to continue fulfilling their responsibility for shaping not just students but ignite youth, who are the most powerful resource of the modern age.
