A photograph of Apeejayites at Jalandhar who win Group Dance.
Jalandhar, February 9, 2015: Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar represented Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 37th National Nat Kala Festival held at Barnala on Sunday.
Fifteen students of the College participated in Group Dance in which they bagged first position and the trophy for Best Dance. The students also bagged first, second and third prize individually.
Dr. Arun Mishra and Dr. Amita Mishra under whose supervision the students had performed were honoured during the festival.
Dr. Micky Verma, the choreographer of the Group Dance won the trophy for the Best Dance director.
Dr. Sucharita, Principal of the college congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of the teachers who accompanied them.
