Jalandhar, September 1, 2022: Apeejay School Rama Mandi, Jalandhar organised Investiture ceremony with the blessings of honourable President Madam Sushma Paul Berlia, and under the supervision of Principal Sangeeta Nistandra. The School team organised a special event to entrust its upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities.
The event commenced by invoking the blessings of the Almighty followed by Saraswati Vandana followed by the School Song sung by Apeejay Rama Mandi Musical Choir headed by Nidhi Sharma.
Formal welcome to the newly elected School council was accorded by Gurpreet Kaur .
Sumit Singh Johal elected as Head Boy, Yugta appointed as the Head girl for the session 2022-23.For the delegation of responsibility and giving authority to children,the pinning of Badges was followed by the Flag ceremony as the School Flag and the House flags were hoisted.
Oath was administered to the newly appointed student council by Principal Ms. Sangeeta Nistandra.
Nishu Airy very ably conducted the Scholar badge ceremony.
Scholar Badges were given to toppers of classes VII to XI for the session 2021-22 The Class Representatives receieved badges from their respective Class teachers. The U-14 Football team who won the third Prize in Zonal Tournament was also honoured during the event along with the PTI Nirmaljit Singh. The Masters of the Ceremony were AartiShorey Bhat (V.P) and Anand Mahon.
The event concluded with the National Anthem.
