Architects celebrate women's day
International Women's Day was celebrated today by female members of Indian Institute of architects Ludhiana centre
Ludhiana, March 8, 2022: International Women's Day was celebrated today by female members of Indian Institute of architects Ludhiana centre. Role of female architects in the society was discussed in detail that how women can contribute in total built environment including smart city mission.
Ar. Harneet Kaur shared her experience as architect with respect to this year's theme " Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow".
Ar. Prity Jaiswal shared the role of architects - specially female architects in the society that how they can contribute for best architecture involving residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Gulneer Kaur an Interior designer explained role of women not only in interior designing but all over. She also shared how creative interiors can change the mindset of users.
Riya Sakuja an Interior designer interacted with other women who were present and explained how ladies can create not only sustainable buildings but gender equality also.
