Army Chief JJ Singh, Surjit Patar, Jaswinder Bhalla share success mantra with youngsters during Youth Conclave Speaking Minds

Ludhiana, August 3, 2018: Two day Youth Conclave “Speaking Minds” organized by Initiators of Change was concluded at Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan today. On the second day, Ex- Army Chief General JJ Singh, Poet Surjit Patar, Actor-cum-comedian Jaswinder Bhalla and several others shared success mantra with youngsters. Three sessions were held on second day in which panelists addressed and interacted with a huge number of youngsters from Ludhiana and other cities.
GauravDeep Singh who is the Founder of Initiators of Change said that they started with 4 people and has now expanded to a huge team having its branches in various cities of Punjab. He said that during the two day conclave the youngsters were given mantras how to become successful in life and how can they earn their better livelihood.
General JJ Singh while addressing the gathering said that one should make efforts to achieve his goal until he get. While sharing his experience, he said that he has lost elections of Punjab Assembly but he will continue to contest elections unless he wins elections.
Afterwards was a biopic video clip of General JJ Singh which had an astounding impact on the participants.
The first session of the day was “Rise of start-up and Entrepreneurship” wherein Prerna Khullar gave speech about her journey of becoming a freelancer makeup artist. Then the session began with Aastha Jain, Harjas Kohli.
The second session was “Creative Industry of Punjab” in which panelists were Jaswinder Bhalla who is known for his Punjabi comedy movies and Dr. Surjit Patar who is a renowned poet answered the queries of participants.
Dr. Surjit Patar and Jaswinder Bhalla said that it is due to creativity that several youngsters have become star overnight. Nowadays, there are lots of platforms available to show talent but one should keep his tradition, heritage and values in mind. The person should not use cheap tactics to become star.
At last, the certificates of participation and cash prizes to the participants who were the best at asking questions as well as photography.
On the occasion, the IIA- Punjab Chapter chairman and Director- Ludhiana Smart City Limited, Ar Sanjay Goel was honoured by
General JJ Singh. In his address, Goel spoke in detail about the role of the youth as "smart citizen" to India more livable in coming times. The gathering of the youngsters was seen very much impressed with his visionary speech.
