Army Commander emphasised that Western Command troops must remain prepared to respond to any challenge

Ferozepur, September 28, 2019: Lieutenant General RP Singh, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Command visited Golden Arrow Division from 27 to 28 September.
During his visit, he reviewed the operational preparedness and was briefed by General Officer Commanding, Golden Arrow Division.
During the visit, the Army Commander emphasised that Western Command troops must remain prepared to respond to any challenge. The Army Commander appreciated the developments in the station and multifarious measures undertaken for the welfare of troops. He also complemented the efforts put in, for addressing the issues of Ex-servicemen and Veer Naaris. He urged all ranks to continue to maintain highest standard of operational preparedness and training.
