Artificial limb distribution camp brings smiles in Hyderabad to 25 differently abled
Hyderabad , September 13, 2021: Narayan Seva Sansthan - a charitable organization that runs charitable hospitals in the country for Specially-abled people, in particular polio and by-birth disabled, organized another Artificial Limb Distribution Camp Hotel tourist plaza near kachiguda railway station, Hyderabad in which 25 people received prosthetic limbs on Sunday.
In August this year, Narayan Seva Sansthan‘s Senior Prosthetics and Orthotics specialist, supervised measurement camp where polio affected as well as those who lost their legs due to diabetes, accidents, etc, got themselves measured for artificial limbs.
Prashant Agarwal, President, Narayan Seva Sansthan said, “To fight against covid-19, we are offering free calipers, wheelchairs and tricycles which we sense are not satisfactory. That is why, Narayan Seva Sansthan running ‘Measurement and Distribution Camp’ initiatives across India to help each differently abled to be able to ambulate by themselves.”
Recently, NGO organized 36th Mass Wedding ceremony for 21 differently abled and underprivileged couples in Udaipur in Rajasthan.
