ASI Rajinder Mehta discusses serious consequences of violation of traffic rules at KMV

Jalandhar, June 24, 2016: A one day Traffic Awareness seminar was organised at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- The Heritage Institution, Jalandhar, where 2 PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar is conducting a series of social awareness seminars during the Ten Day Annual Training Camp.
ASI Rajinder Mehta discussed at length with the cadets the serious consequences of violation of traffic rules in a very engrossing way. He also spoke on Cyber Crime emphasizing that violation of traffic rules was a matter of life and death, ASI Shamsher Singh, through many self-composed poems in Punjabi clarified several relevant points regarding road safety and its link to observation of traffic rules. Head constable, Ramesh Kumar had an elaborate chart of traffic signs and the meaning of each was explained exhaustively by him. He also explained how observation of these traffic signs helped to make traffic smooth and our roads safe. Col. Atul Shah thanked the Chief Resource Person of the day for giving tips on how to save young lives lost in accidents and making roads more safe. Officiating Principal Mrs. Seema Jain and NCC Incharge Ms. Seema Arora also thanked the resource persons for their wonderful efforts to make human existence safe and secure.
