Band Display at Jung-E-Azadi Memorial, Kartarpur
On the occasion of 77th Independence Day of our nation, Indian Army organised a Band Display at Jung-e-Azadi Memorial, Kartarpur today, to commemorate 76 years of Independence and to pay homage to those who sacrificed their life for the country.

Jalandhar, August 14, 2023: On the occasion of 77th Independence Day of our nation, Indian Army organised a Band Display at Jung-e-Azadi Memorial, Kartarpur today, to commemorate 76 years of Independence and to pay homage to those who sacrificed their life for the country.
The event is an endeavor by the Vajra Corps to spread awareness among the youth and school children about the culture and combat profile of Indian Army. The event showcased Indian Army's ceremonial Pipe Band Display.
The display is a symbol of Indian Army's work ethos, culture, tradition, high moral values, discipline and character of a soldier.
The event motivated and inspired the youth including school children in espousing soldiering as their profession.
